Annual International Disability Day celebration held at Dipolog Sports Complex, Olingan Dipolog City, December 29 this year.
The activity was formally opened under the leadership of City Social Welfare and Development Officer Ms. Arlene O. Jatico where he welcomes and thanks all who attended the event.
The activity was led by the City Social Welfare and Development office in coordination with Dipolog City Association of Persons with Disabilities and Children with Special needs.
Arlene Jatico explains  that the celebration shows solidarity and care for PWD’s, regardless of their physical or mental disability, there are many ways to help them for their better future with the support of the local government.
