DAVAO CITY – Giaresto ang akusadong si alyas “Edmer,” 31 anyos, residente sa Purok 19, San Gabriel, Barangay Mintal, Tugbok District, Davao City, human ipatuman ang iyang warrant of arrest.
Nasikop si Edmer sa joint implementation sa Tugbok Police Station 9 ug CIDG-IGaCoS didto sa Purok 6B, Barangay Bago Oshiro, Tugbok District, Davao City, kaganihang pasado alas 6:00 sa buntag, Nobyembre 19, 2025.
Ang warrant of arrest giisyu ni Judge Dante Baguio, Presiding Judge sa RTC Branch 12, Davao City, alang sa kaso nga 3 counts of Lascivious Conduct ubos sa Republic Act 7610 o ang Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act.
