NAC-CMC signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the local government of the Municipality of Cagdianao, Barangay Nueva Estrella, and Barangay Del Pilar for a Farm-to-Market road project.
CMC has seen the necessity for a road project in the barangay, particularly during bad weather, during which sea transport is extremely dangerous.
