The City Government of Surigao, in collaboration with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), has extended aid to Arniel P. Taganahan and his family residing in Purok 25, Looc, Brgy. Luna.
Taganahan, aged 43, with his family comprising five individuals, has been provided with aid including emergency food supplies, sleeping and kitchen kits, as well as hygiene essentials.
The LGU has also provided them with Emergency BALDE containing 5 kilograms of rice, 6 assorted canned goods, a Sleeping Kit, a Kitchen Kit, and a Hygiene Kit.
The distribution of these essential items was overseen by City Vice Mayor Alfonso Casurra, CSWD Officer Lenie S. Liray, and CSWDO Asst. Officer Markcaven Salar.
This initiative aims to provide immediate relief and support to the affected family during these challenging times. (Mark James Lisondra)
