City employees wore orange today, December 1, 2023, supporting the 18-day campaign to end Violence Against Women. This annual initiative runs from November 25 to December 12, in line with Proclamation 1172 series of 2006 and Republic Act 10398.
The chosen color, orange, symbolizes hope for a violence-free future. Surigao City proudly joins this movement, emphasizing our commitment to a safe community.
