Base sa report, usa ka joint operation ang gihimo sa Purok 3, Barangay Cabawan, Dakbayan sa Tagbilaran, probinsya sa Bohol, nga nisangpot sa pagkadakop sa usa ka 33-anyos nga suspetsado niadtong Disyembre 27, alas 4:00 sa hapon.
Ang Provincial Intelligence Unit, kauban ang Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit ug ang Tagbilaran City Police Station ubos sa Bohol Police Provincial Office (BPPO), nakakuha og 300 gramos nga ilegal nga droga nga gibanabana’g kantidad nga PhP2,040,000, lakip na ang lain-laing drug paraphernalia.
Samtang, pagka Disyembre 28, 2024 sa alas 2:29 sa kaadlawon, ang Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit kauban ang Provincial Intelligence Unit, ang Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency sa Negros Oriental, ug ang Sibulan Municipal Police Station sa Negros Oriental Police Provincial Office (NOPPO), nakahimo og buy-bust operation sa Purok 6, Barangay Boloc-boloc, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, nga nisangpot sa pagkumpiska sa 149 gramos sa ilegal nga drogas nga kantidad og PhP1,013,200.
Ang mga suspek anaa karon sa kustodiya sa kapulisan ug atubangon ang mga kaso ilalom sa Republic Act 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.
Si PBGEN ROY B. PARENA, Officer-In-Command sa PRO-7, nagpasalig sa publiko nga ang kapulisan sa Central Visayas magpabiling alerto labi na niining panahon sa kapaskohan.
