Nasakmit sa mga otoridad ang daghang ilegal nga drugas sa gipahigayon nga bust- operasyon sa Regional Police Drug Enforcement Unit (RPDEU) 7 ug Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) 7 niadtong Hulyo 24, 2024 sa dakbayan sa Sugbo.
Ang paningkamot sa RPDEU niresulta kini sa pagkasikop sa usa ka 31-anyos nga big-time drug suspect nga nakuhaan og 2.05 kilos nga shabu, nga adunay standard nga drug price value nga PhP13.9 milyones uban sa buy-bust money.
Ang mga nakumpiska nga ilegal nga mga butang gipadala ngadto sa Regional Forensic Unit 7 alang sa pagtuki ug pagsusi.
Si PRO7 Regional Director PBGen Anthony Aberin niingon nga ang malampusong pagsakmit sa ilegal nga drugas sa Central Visayas resulta sa usa ka agresibo, focused, highly analytical, ug human-adherent drug campaign.
