A 42-year-old man alias ‘Omi’, resident of Brgy. was arrested. Poblacion Pardo, Cebu City, during the buy-bust operation of the members of Inayawan Police Station 7, together with the Regional Intelligence Division of PRO-7 and City Intelligence Unit of CCPO, today June 27, 2025, at Sitio Middle Tabucanal, Cebu City.
The suspect recovered packages of alleged shabu worth ₱1,530,000 weighing 225 grams, buy-bust money, and sling bag allegedly used to smuggle illegal drugs. ‘Omi’ has been named a high-value individual on the anti-drug watchlist.
The suspect is now arrested at Inayawan Police Station, and is facing charges of selling and possession of illegal drugs under Sections 5 and 11 of RA 9165 or Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
