Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas, chair of the City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate, led the ocular inspection at the site of the Tablon Hospital project to determine the likelihood of granting the request of the Barangay Council of Tablon to allocate one and a half meters set-back for the pathway of the residents living at Purok 4 of the barangay.
According to the barangay council, most of the residents living at the back portion of the hospital are informal settlers who are requesting for an accessible pathway especially for their school children.
The city has already provided a one-meter road right-of-way for the residents, which Councilor Cabanlas found suitable for the passageway.
