The group of Roger Fariñas, former Laoag City mayor and brother of gubernatorial candidate Rodolfo Fariñas, barged this morning, April 26, into a private property owned by Bryan Alcid, a candidate for Laoag councilor.
In the photo, Jojami, Alcid’s wife, is shown apparently being hit by Roger’s son, Raffy.
Sources say two more individuals were hurt during the commotion. Another son of Roger, Roger John, is running for reelection in the city council.
