Governor Matthew Marcos Manotoc joined the Kapit-Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan-Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services (KALAHI-CIDSS) of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) cash-for-work program salary distribution at the MMSU Student Center, in the City of Batac on May 24.
Governor Marcos Manotoc assured the Ilokano youth of his continued support for their pre-employment and educational needs on behalf of Senator Imee Marcos, who funded the program.
