Governor Francisco “Lalo” Matugas issued EO No. 21-027, s. 2021:
- implementing IATF Resolution No. 124, s. 2021 placing the entire Province of Surigao del Norte under the state or General Community Quarantine (GCQ) from 01 July 2021 to 31 July 2021; and
