Mayor Benjamin B. Magalong, together with City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officer Engr. Charles Carame went around the city to monitor the aftermath of the heavy rain and winds the city has been experiencing for the past few days.
The mayor went to Philam Barangay to inspect the soil erosion at the area. Residents affected were already evacuated.
Mayor Magalong also visited the landslide incident at Camp Allen. He then went to Ambiong for the reported impending soil erosion below a hazardous tree. It has been reported to CEPMO already for appropriate action.
