Be informed that at about 7:00 PM of December 7, 2020 PNP personnel of Rizal Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PMAJ. MARLON AGEAS ELUMBARING-ACOP together with PNP personnel from Calamba MPS led by PLT. Richmond R. Itcay OIC, RMFB 10, 1st PMFC MOCPPO and PS5 ICPO led by PLT. JAAZANIAH JOSE M. BONGCAWIL conducted joint Intel driven operation thru service of warrant at Brgy. North Mapang, Rizal, Zamboanga Del Norte that resulted to the arrest of Roxel Colong Arocha, 36 years old, employee of PAGLAUM Multi-Purpose Cooperative and resident of Purok Jasmin, Sapang Dalaga, Misamis Occidental by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Violation of RA. 9262 docketed under Criminal Case No. 20-204094 issued by Judge Anisah B. Amanodin-Umpa of RTC Lanao Norte 12th Judicial Region, Branch 02- Family Court, Iligan City dated July 6, 2020 with bail bond recommended amounting to ₱ 72,000.00.
The said accused is now under custody of Rizal MPS for proper disposition.
