An ordinance enacting “Surigao del Norte e-HEALTH Pass System” was signed into law (Provincial Ordinance No. 13, s. 2020) by Gov. Lalo Matugas.
Said Provincial Ordinance was passed by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan on 09 November 2020 for ease of contact tracing as a measure to prevent and control the spread of COVID-19 in our Province.
