Two drug suspects were arrested by operatives of Zamboanga City Police Station 9 (Ayala) during drug buy-bust operation at Baliwasan Grande, Brgy. Baliwasan, Zamboanga City at 9:30 AM of October 31, 2020. PCPT. Orlyn P. Leyte, Station Commander of Zamboanga City Police Station 9 identified the arrested drug suspects as Algin Saripa Muammil, 40 years old, male, separated, laborer, college level and Yasser Tohto Awab, aka Yasser, 39 years old, male, married, Vendor, high school level.
Confiscated during the operation were Eight (8) sachets of suspected shabu with estimated DDB value of ₱ 6,800.00 weighing more or less 1.0 grams and ₱ 200.00 as marked money.
Arrested suspects were now detained under the temporary custody of said police station for proper disposition.(PCpt. Edwin A. Duco, Chief Public Information Officer)
