Handcrafted lanterns made by persons deprived of liberty (PDL) at the Zamboanga City Reformatory Center are now available.
Despite the pandemic, the CRC continues the tradition of making colorful and vibrant lanterns that was started decades ago. Aside from bringing joy and hope to Zamboangueños during the Holiday season, the lantern-making activity provides the PDL the opportunity to be productive amidst uncertainties brought by COVID-19.
LET US SUPPORT the PDL at the Zamboanga City Jail Male Dormitory by patronizing their handcrafted “Paskong may Puso lanterns” .
