  1. ZDS 507 – A 30 y.o. female, an employee of a private institution from Purok 3, Poblacion B, Midsalip, Zamboanga del Sur. With history of exposure in the workplace. Asymptomatic. RDT Result: Nonreactive. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 7, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently isolated in the Covid isolation unit of a Private Hospital since November 7, 2020. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
  2. ZDS 508 – A 26 y.o. female, from Purok Kahayagan, Dumagoc, Pagadian City. A close contact of ZDS 421. Asymptomatic. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 8, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. For possible transfer in a Covid Isolation Unit. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
  3. ZDS 509 – A 26 y.o. female, a government employee from Purok Makiangayon, Napolan, Pagadian City. With history of exposure in the workplace. Symptomatic. Antigen Swab Result: Positive (11/7/2020). Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 7, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. For possible transfer in a Covid Isolation Unit. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
  4. ZDS 510 – A 75 y. male, from Purok Liberty, Gatas, Pagadian City. A close contact of ZDS 373. Asymptomatic. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 7, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. For possible transfer in a Covid Isolation Unit. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
  5. ZDS 511 – A 60 y. male, from Purok Malipayon, Dao, Pagadian City. A close contact of ZDS 409. Symptomatic. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 7, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2.   15. ZDS 521 – A 27 y.o female, from Purok Kawayan, Balangasan, Pagadian City. A close contact of ZDS 284. Asymptomatic. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 8, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently isolated in a Government Isolation Unit. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.

  17. ZDS 523 – A 31 y.o male, an employee of a private institution from Purok Kawayan, Balangasan, Pagadian City. With history of exposure in the workplace. Asymptomatic. RDT Result: Nonreactive.
