Mayor John Dalipe Monday tendered a welcome dinner for members of the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Board – Regional Development Committee – Mindanao Area Committee (NB-RDCom-MAC), who are in Zamboanga City for their 35th Conference.
Dalipe, who chairs the Regional Development Committee – Mindanao Area Committee, hosted the social gathering together with District I Cong. Khymer Adan Olaso and other city officials and his executive staff at the historic National Museum, which depicts the rich and colorful history of Zamboanga City and Mindanao.
The social gathering gave the city the opportunity to showcase the city’s songs and dances that reflect the city’s rich culture and tradition.
Present during the fellowship night were Gov. Nilo Demerey Jr., Msgr. Enrico Montano of RDC9, NEDA-9 Director Phlorita Ridao, Arturo Milan, NEDA-12 Director Teresita Socorro Ramos, Victor Emmanuel Ozarraga, NEDA-Caraga Director Priscilla Sonido, Dir. Remedios Endencia, Western Mindanao Command Chief LTGen. Roy Galido, City Police Director Col. Alexander Lorenzo, MBLT 11 Chief LtCol. Clifford Barco, Deputy Regional Director PCol. Lawrence Cajipe and Task Force Zamboanga Chief Col. Randolph Rojas.
