Members of the City Hall COMPAC, Task Force Ordinance (TFO) and Traffic Management Unit (TMU) – all under the City Administrator’s Office are not only focused on the implementation of traffic laws and other local ordinances but are willing to go the extra mile to help in other matters such as catching malefactors.
This, as the enforcers apprehended an alleged robber in Tomas Claudio Street, Zone III, shortly before 11am Friday, February 17.
The police incident report stated that personnel of the City Hall COMPAC and TFO turned over to Police Station 11, a 22-year old resident of barangay Kasanyangan, who was arrested during the incident in a store in Tomas Claudio Street.
Recovered from the suspect were 3 cellphones which were safely returned to the owner after a confrontation at PS11.
As this developed, Mayor John Dalipe commended the enforcers for the praise-worthy job and encouraged the latter to continue doing their job with dedication and commitment for the good of the majority.
The suspect will be turned over to the Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL) in Culianan and will be provided with interventions by the City Government.
