Two farmers were shot and killed inside their Isuzu elf truck at dawn today in Cuba, Kapangan, Benguet
In a police report, a certain Ellison Balay-as Licudan arrived at the crime scene and identified Eliterio S. Licudan, one of the victims as his father and identified the other victim as Jerick Lidama of Bindoy, Negros Oriental, both victims were residents of Sagpat, Kibungan, Benguet
Police said the two were attacked at 5:30 a.m. while traversing the Gov. Bado Dangwa Road on their way to La Trinidad with their elf truck bearing plate number WMA 413 and loaded with sayote.
According to the younger Licudan, the victims jumped off at around 4:30 AM today from Sagpat, Kibungan.
Police are now conducting follow up investigation to determine the identity and the motive of the perpetrators.
