TEMPORARY SUSPENSION of wearing of FULL FACE and HALF FACE HELMETS including non-transparent and colored face mask, tinted face shield, bonnet, cap, hat, visor, shades, eye protection shield, and colored eye goggles TO ALL MOTORCYCLE DRIVERS AND RIDERS/PASSENGERS within the Urban Barangays or City Proper of Pagadian City, except for Surgical Face Mask as we are still facing COVID-19 Pandemic.
Purpose: To ensure that the faces of the drivers and passengers are clearly visible for convenient identification especially in the acts of criminality perpetrated by criminal elements who are riding in tandem on motorcycles which can cause an alarm to the public.
The 20 kph to 30 kph speed limit will be strictly monitored within the urban barangays.
