Bula, Camarines Sur – At about 10:00 AM of March 3, 2021,Patrick Occiano Y Esteve , 20 years old, born on May 10, 2000, laborer, single and a resident of Zone 1, Brgy. Lubgan, Bula, Camarines Sur was arrested by the Bula Municipal Police Station (MPS) Personnel led PLT David F. Olleres Jr., DCOP, through hot pursuit operation under the supervision of PMAJ. Fernando B. Cedo, COP.
The Operating team arrested the suspect after having positively identified by the victim a.k.a. “Nene” 12 years old, minor, resident of Lubgan, Bula, Camarines Sur thru the Identifying marks on the body. Likewise, the same suspect was also identified by the previous Rape victim named a.k.a. “Aira” 37 years old, resident of Brgy. Casugad, Bula, Camarines Sur. Arrested suspect was informed of his constitutional rights and placed under the custody of this station for documentation prior the filing of criminal charges against him.
Bula MPS would like to appeal to all the residents of Bula, Camarines Sur to be more vigilant and urged them to report to this station all persons in their neighborhood with known Criminal case or with warrant of arrest to ensure the safety and security of our community.
