Surigao City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office now on its 3rd day at Brgy. Kantagnos, Baybay City, Leyte performing technical Search and Retrieval Operations together with AFP, BFP, PCG & PNP which resulted the recovery of more cadavers.
The team led by Threlcie Villaces was sent by City Mayor Ernesto U. Matugas Jr. to help the City of Baybay in their search and retrieval operation after a landslide happened in Kantagnos during continuous heavy rains brought by tropical storm Agaton.
