Graduation Rites of 32 PWUDs for batch 3 in Del Carmen under Community-based Drug Rehabilitation (CBDR) Program conducted by the Rural Health Unit of Del Carmen in collaboration with the DILG and PNP with the theme “An Matinud-anon sa Pagbag-o amoy susi sa Kalipay, Kalinaw sanan Kalambuan sa Pamilya sanan Komunidad”, held last May 30, 2023 at Bayay Numancia, Del Carmen (Pob), Del Carmen, Siargao.
CBDR is a holistic process that incorporates prevention and health promotion, screening and assessment, drug treatment, wraparound or family support and community services, and aftercare programs and reintegration.
Mayor JR Coro handed over the certificates to graduates together with Ms. Ritchel Tan Nomio, the RN –DMO 3, representative from the Department of Health (DOH), and the Punong Barangay of Brgy Esperanza and Brgy Cancohoy.
