Gov. Francisco Lalo T. Matugas issued 9th Supplement to EO No. 20-018-A, s. 2020 declaring, among others, Surigao del Norte Provincial Hospital as a Covid-19 Provincial Facility catering asymptomatic patients of Covid-19 and all Surigaonons tested Positive on RAT.
