Batang Surigaonons gathered in a united effort to enhance road safety and encourage responsible driving as the city hosted a comprehensive Road Traffic Safety Seminar.
Bringing together 450 participants, including public utility vehicle (PUV) drivers, tricycle operators, and private vehicle owners, this event aimed to shed light on critical topics, ensuring strict adherence to City Ordinance No. 300 Series of 2010.
The seminar delved into various essential subjects, including Road Traffic Safety, Traffic Safety Education, R.A. 9262 & Anti-Bastos Law, Traffic Law Enforcement & Spiritual Enhancement, R.A. 4136, Traffic Violations, Discipline, and Preventive Maintenance of Motor Vehicles.
Under the dedicated leadership of PCPT Robert Paredes, the City Traffic Management Office meticulously organized this event. This initiative stands as a testament to the City Traffic and Management Office’s unwavering commitment to the safety of Batang Surigaonons.
PCPT Paredes emphasized, “This seminar provides a vital platform for deepening the understanding of the laws that every tricycle driver, operator, and PUV driver must adhere to.”
