Cagdianao Mining Corporation through its Community Relations Department conducted a 3-day Capacity Building and Annual Social Development and Management Program Planning for C.Y. 2022 with the Representative of the Host and Neighboring Communities (RHNC) on October 8-10, 2021 at Vine’s, Sta. Cruz, San Jose, PDI.
The activity was participated by important stakeholders of NAC-CMC for the development of the host and neighboring communities to establish and finalize the programs/projects/activities (PPAs) based from the consultation and focus group discussion among community members, people’s organization, and other relevant sectors.
RHNC members were capacitated on the accredited PPAs of the mining company for its SDMP implementation as discussed by Engr. Donalyn Jumamil – Project Development Officer of the Mines and Geosciences Bureau Caraga.
Moreover, RHNC members were also introduced to the Theory of Change of the Nickel Asia Corporation Manual of Operations for the effective implementation of SDMP.

Nicolas Penados – Parish Priest, Ms. Fe Longos – Municipal Agriculture Officer, and Engr. Donalyn Jumamil – Project Development Officer of MGB Caraga.
