Surigao City PNP
The buy-bust operation was conducted by elements of Drug Enforcement Unit(DEU) of Surigao City Police Station around 7:30PM in Kaimo St., Brgy. Washington, Surigao City, on June 8,2022 resulted in the arrest of drug personality and confiscated .45 grams of suspected shabu.
PLTCOL DIOMEDES B CUADRA JR,ACOP, said that the operatives of DEU conducted buy-bust operation that resulted in the arrest of Vic Andril Macalolot Clerigo a.k.a Anding,26 years old,married and a resident of P-Cardava, Brgy.Washington, Surigao City.
Confiscated from the suspect was one plastic sachet of suspected shabu estimated weight of .15 gram with Dangerous Drug Board value of Php 1,020.00,one (1) piece one Thousand Pesos marked money, one (1) Vivo smart phone and Three (3) plastic sachet of suspected shabu estimated of .3 grams with the Standard Drug Price value of Php 2,040.
Suspect is now facing charges for Violation of Republic Act No.9165 or The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
