DAVAO CITY – The camps of Presidential daughter Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio and Presidential aspirant Ferdinand Marcos Jr. continued to be tight-lipped on their meeting on Saturday other than what the latter’s camp described as “just another beautiful coincidence”.
Duterte, on the other hand, merely confirmed about her meeting with Marcos.
Until now, social media continued to urge her to run; many suggesting running as Marcos’s tandem.
The Presidential daughter already posted snapshots of their meeting on Saturday, which lasted for two hours and 30 minutes. Duterte didn’t disclose any other details.
Photographs show Duterte with Marcos, Cebu Gov. Gwendolyn F. Garcia and daughter Cristina Garcia-Frasco, who is Duterte’s official spokesman.
Duterte’s travel to Cebu only became public hours after she boarded the flight for Cebu last Friday, with photographs of her wearing a green hoodie with the print “SaraAll 2022” and white sneakers. She later wore a pink dress during the pictorial on Saturday.
