Officers and members of the four Rotary Clubs in the City of Surigao led by RI District 3860 Area 3K Assistant Governor Arturo M. Cruje, MPHF turned over this afternoon 200 reams of A4 substance 20 bond papers to DepEd Surigao del Norte Division.
Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Maria Teresa Real gladly received the donations in her office with the presence of the Division Promotional Staff and the Rotarians with their Club Presidents of RC Surigao City Ricardo Ragas, RC Metro Surigao Danilo Perral, RC Surigao Midtown Jewels Sharon April Reggie Lopez and RC Central Surigao Rizal Crispino.
Education and Literacy is one of the 6 Areas of Service of Rotary International and the four clubs agreed to extend assistance to the Department of Education as the supply of A4 bond papers are needed for the modular distance learning modality this School Year 2020-2021 due to global pandemic of CoViD-19.
