Be informed that at about 08:05 AM of November 26, 2020, Sitio Lubing Ogis, Galas, Dipolog City, personnel of Zamboanga del Norte Police Drug Enforcement Unit (ZNPDEU) led by PLT. LEO FERNANDEZ SUAN, CIDG ZNPFU Led by PMAJ. RYAN M. HERNADEZ in coordination with Dipolog City Police Station (CPS) and PDEA 9 conducted joint anti-illegal drugs operation through buy bust at Sitio Lubing Ogis, Galas, Dipolog City that resulted to the arrest of Alberto H. Elumbaring, 42 years old (LSI) and a resident of Brgy. Olingan Dipolog City.
Confiscated from his possession were four (4) small size plastic sachets containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu, one (1) piece ₱ 500.00 bill with Serial No. C550885 buy bust money, ₱ 400.00 proceeds money in different denominations and drug paraphernalia. Drug evidence has an estimated weight of 1 gram and estimated street value of ₱ 6,800.00.
Arrested Suspect is now in custody of ZNPDEU while the seized drug items will be turned-over to Zamboanga del Norte Police Crime Laboratory Office (ZNPCLO) for weighing and examination. Cases for violation of RA 9165 were being prepared for filing in court against the suspect.
