Police operatives of Malangas Municipal Police Station (MPS) and Titay Municipal Police Station (MPS) arrested a 27-year old wanted person at Brgy. Lipacan Malangas, Zamboanga Sibugay at about 12:00 PM of October 23, 2020. PMAJ. Joseph B. Lim, Malangas Police Chief said the suspect, Leody San-Nicolas Albaladejo, male, 27 years old, single, of Purok Mangga, Bangco, Titay was arrested by Virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the Crime of Rape, docketed under Criminal Case No. i-7724 issued by Presiding Judge, RTC 9th Judicial Region Branch 36, Ipil Zamboanga Sibugay Province, dated October 19, 2020 with no bail bond recommended.
He is now under the temporary custody of Malangas MPS prior turned over to Titay MPS for commitment to court. (PCpt. Edwin A. Duco, Chief Public Information Officer)
