The Local Government Unit of General Luna, through Executive Order No. 012, Series of 2020, has placed the entire Municipality under Strict Movement Restriction for the period covering from September 19-23, 2020.
Non-residents of the Municipality is discouraged from entering the Municipality except for those with essential role/work within the Municipality.
The following are the salient features of the Executive Order:
1. Bar entry of non-residents, visitors, and local tourists within GL proper from September 19-23, 2020.
2. Granting of special travel pass to workers from DepEd and other workers from other agencies or private establishments with essential work within the Municipality.
3. Residents are allowed to prepare food for immediate family and relatives only.
4. Disco, unnecessary gatherings and other form of similar activities are strictly prohibited.
5. Repatriation of LSIs and ROFWs shall be continued.
6. Localized “No Sail Policy” for inbound non-residents of General Luna.
7. Activate Incident Command Center.
8. Establishment of checkpoints in Brgy. Consuelo, Malinao, and Sta. Cruz 24 hours a day from September 19-23, 2020. The following are the specific requirements to be checked in the checkpoints:
a. Valid ID
b. Special Travel Pass issued by the LGU
c. Work Pass
d. Travel Order from the company if classified APOR, and a negative RT-PCR test result
