Pagadian City – “An EO Placing the City of Pagadian under MODIFIED ENHANCED COMMUNITY QUARANTINE (MECQ) effective June 1, 2021 to June 15, 2021 and Setting Guidelines as Provided for in the Omnibus Guidelines of the National IATF to properly address the rising cases of COVID-19” Minimum public health standards shall be complied with at all times for the duration of the MECQ, as follows;
- The movement of all persons shall be limited to accessing goods and services from permitted establishments, for work in such establishments, or for such other activities allowed in this section.
- Below 15 years old and over 65 years of age, those with immunodeficiency, comorbidity, or other health risk, and pregnant women SHALL BE REQUIRED TO REMAIN IN THEIR RESIDENCES AT ALL TIMES, except for obtaining essential goods and services, or for work in industries and offices or such other activities permitted.

- Religious gatherings shall be allowed up to 30% only of the venue capacity.
- Face-to-face in-person classes SHALL BE SUSPENDED.
- The movement of cargo/delivery vehicles, as well as vehicles used by public utility companies, SHALL BE UNHAMPERED.
- Private corporations are encouraged to process payrolls online.
- CURFEW: 10 PM and ends not earlier than 4 AM
- Pagadian CHO shall be designated to cater patients with fever/cough needing clinical evaluation for the purpose of triaging.
- Pagadian Infirmary in Danlugan shall be designated area to cater the following; (a) General Isolation for mild to moderate risk PUIs, (b) Pharmacy for basic medicines for PUIs, (c) With separate rooms for PUIs. SWAB-TESTING of Returning Residents.
- ALL NON-APORS/LSIs or returning residents to be swabbed for RT-PCR test upon entry into the city particularly from metropolis CEBU, NCR, Metro Manila, and Zamboanga City.
- All arriving travellers who took the RT-PCR tests upon arrival will not be required to undergo a 14-day quarantine at the barangay facility, and test kit shall be borne out at the local government’s expense, provided, that they give their identification cards as proof of their residents of the city, give contact numbers, and truthfully give exact and complete address in the city for monitoring and contact tracing purposes.
- All swabbed returning residents are MANDATED TO UNDERGO HOME QUARANTINE for 5 days until their results shall come out.
- All returning residents who arrived from the City of Zamboanga SHALL BE SWABBED AT THE TEMPORARY TREATMENT & MONITORING FACILITY in Barangay Sta. Maria, while ALL ARRIVING RESIDENTS VIA PLANE SHALL BE TESTED AT THE PAGADIAN CITY AIRPORT.
- All APORs who enter the city regularly like those who work in regional offices at the regional center, travellers who deliver essential cargoes regularly, members of the police and military, and government workers SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED TO TAKE RT-PCR TESTS.
- Travellers who arrive bringing along negative RT-PCR Test done from their places of origin SHALL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF AND WHEN THE TEST DONE 3 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR. This order shall take effect on June 1, 2021 to June 15, 2021 and barring any unforeseen circumstances, the City of Pagadian will revert back to Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ)
