Davao del Norte: Jonathan Corminal Largo, (DI watchlist), 31 years old, single, unemployed, and a resident of Barangay Luna, Kapalong, Davao Del Norte was drug busted at Feeder Rd # 2 Barangay Tibal-og, Sto Tomas, Davao del Norte.
Joint personnel of Sto. Tomas MPS led by PMAJ FREDERICK E DELES, COP, together with personnel from PIB, DNPPO and PIT, RID, PRO 11 conducted buy-bust and arrested the notorious DI Watchlist drug personality. Suspect is involved in proliferation of illegal drugs particularly shabu.
Confiscated during the operation were:
A. one (1) heat-sealed transparent sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be Shabu which was being sold to the poseur buyer with estimated value of five hundred pesos (500.00) .
While recovered from the possession and control of the suspect were:
B. one (1) heat-sealed transparent sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be Shabu;
C. one (1) Genuine Five Hundred Peso bill (Php 500.00) used as buy bust money; and
D. one (1) color black Samsung keypad cellphone.
While inside a color blue Nissan Almera car bearing plate # LAF 8480 of the suspect one (1) plastic tool box color black contains:
E. one (1) big heat-sealed transparent sachet containing white crystallize substance believed to be Shabu more or less 5 grams;
F. two (2) medium size opened transparent sachets containing white crystalline substance believed to be Shabu;
G. one (1) small size opened transparent sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be Shabu;
H. one (1) test tube containing liquid believed to have shabu residue;
I. ten (10) improvised tooters believed to have shabu residues;
J. one (1) pack of anesthesia containing twenty (20) nebules;
K. one (1) roll of foil marked; and
L. two (2) color yellow and silver lighters
Arrested suspect and confiscated pieces of evidence were in custody of Sto Tomas MPS for proper disposition.
