Police personnel of Manukan Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PMAJ. Nestor Moit Gania Jr together with CIDG and Dipolog City Police Station conducted joint law enforcement operation against wanted person at Brgy. Miputak, Dipolog, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 9:30 AM of December 22, 2020.
The operation resulted to the arrest of Jose Anfred Saldariega Ochotorena, 54 years old, male, married, college graduate, government employee and a resident of Brgy. Miputak, Dipolog City.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the Crime Of Murder docketed under Criminal Case No. 24417 issued by Presiding Judge Ric S. Bastasa Of RTC, Ninth Judicial Region, Branch 8, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte, dated December 18, 2020, without bail bond recommended.
He is now under the temporary custody of Manukan MPS for commitment to court.
