Under the leadership of Provincial Director Arnel Renato L. Madrideo, DILG Sorsogon is intensifying efforts to enhance strategies alongside LGUs to maintain their exemplary performance in the Seal of Good Local Governance. Having achieved the highest number of LGU passers in Region 5 last year, the province aims to maintain its status and potentially earn more recognition.
PD Madrideo, along with SGLG PFP LGOO V Mary Ann N. Monte, visited LGU Magallanes and LGU Sta. Magdalena on May 8 & 9, 2024, respectively. Their objective was to present the CY 2023 SGLG Results and prepare the LGUs for the upcoming CY 2024 SGLG assessment.
The activity was participated by the LGU’s Local Chief Executives, MLGOOs, Department Heads and Focal Persons.
