In response to intense rainfall and widespread flooding across Camarines Sur, Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC) Chairperson, Gov. Luigi Villafuerte, has issued a memorandum early on Dec 1, instructing municipal chief executives and DRR officers to enforce pre-emptive evacuations, particularly in the provinceās 2nd District.
As of press time, 11 barangays in the municipality of Libmanan were inundated, prompting the evacuation of 38 families comprising 133 individuals.
