Naga City, Camarines Sur — PCOL TYRONE RAZON DOTIMAS, Provincial Director of the Camarines Sur Police Provincial Office (CSPPO), joined the Multi-Agency Task Group Mustering and Blessing of Troops for the Peñafrancia Festival 2026 on September 10, 2026, at the Basilica Minore in Naga City.
The activity was graced by His Excellency Most Rev. REX ANDREW C. ALARCÓN, D.D., Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Caceres. It was attended by PCOL WILSON A SANTOS VI, DRDO, PRO5, representing PBGEN RANDY GLENN G SILVIO, RD, PRO5; PCOL RIZALDY L CABALLERO, Acting City Director of the Naga City Police Office; HON. LENI G. ROBREDO, City Mayor; and representatives from various government agencies and partner organizations tasked with maintaining peace, order, and security during the upcoming Peñafrancia Festival 2026.
PCOL Dotimas reaffirmed the CSPPO’s commitment to strengthened inter-agency coordination and cooperation in ensuring a safe, peaceful, and orderly celebration for devotees, residents, and visitors.
“Through unity, close coordination, and a shared commitment to public safety, we are prepared to provide a secure environment for everyone who will participate in this year’s Peñafrancia Festival. The CSPPO will continue working hand in hand with our partner agencies to ensure a peaceful and meaningful celebration,” PCOL Dotimas said.
