The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Camarines Sur in partnership with the Local Government Unit of Buhi, conducted “ULAY: Strengthening Partnership and Improving LGU Capacity for Community Empowerment” on March 11, 2025, at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Buhi, Camarines Sur.
This synergy-building activity provided a comprehensive assessment of LGU performance, identified key challenges, and recommended strategic interventions to enhance government efficiency and community service delivery. This activity also highlighted the improvement areas in governance as part of SGLG.
