This further substantiates the NPA Terrorist’s habitual violations of the UN Convention on the Prohibition on the Use of Landmine and their consistent disregard of the community’s safety who are also using the same road net. The CDTs are involved in community development in Barangays Mapula, Lumiad, Malabog and Paquibato Proper assisting the People’s Organization in their livelihood activities.
