To all the residents and establishments within the Municipality of General Luna who haven’t generated their own Quick Response (QR) Coded e-Health Pass yet, kindly register now through this link below:

Note that this e-Health Pass will serves as your passport in entering any private/public office, business establishment, checkpoint, church, school, public vessels, and such other public places within the jurisdiction of the Province of Surigao del Norte. No person shall be allowed to enter any vicinity unless he/she can present e-Health Pass and Valid ID. This will also help the contact tracing processes of our LGUs to be more efficient and systematic. We encourage everyone to make your registration on or before November 15, 2020 before the opening of the Provincial borders, and airport.
And to those individuals with no internet or phone access, kindly coordinate with your respective Barangay for assistance and instructions. Our Barangays, and DILG Contact Tracers have been distributing e-Health Forms since last week to facilitate and speed up the registration of both our residents and establishments.
