Camp Col Rafael C Rodriguez, Butuan City – The Deputy Regional Director for Administration (DRDA) of Police Regional Office (PRO)13 spearheaded the red teaming operations and initiated the giving of tactical flashlights named “Peace Lights” to the personnel of Agusan del Norte Police Provincial Office here today, June 13.
As one of the area supervisors, PBGEN RODERICK D MARIANO, DRDA, visited and inspected the police units in Surigao del Norte, Agusan del Norte, and Dinagat Islands to check the operational readiness of the police force.
He also reminded the troops to prepare and lay out security measures for the safe and peaceful 2023 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) on October 30, 2023.
During inspections, the DRDA distributed tactical flashlights dubbed “Peace Lights: Flashlight para sa Kapayapaan” in support of the five-focused agenda of the Chief PNP and the holistic program thrust D.A.D.D.I. of PBGEN PABLO G LABRA II, Caraga Police Director.
“Our collective efforts include intensifying inspections of our police units in the region. It is crucial that we are always prepared, equipped, and ready to respond effectively and efficiently to any situation that may arise,” RD LABRA II said.
Yesterday, RD LABRA II also inspected and checked the Municipal Police Stations of Marihatag and San Agustin; 1st Surigao Del Sur Provincial Mobile Force Company, 2nd Maneuver Platoon, in Lianga, all in Surigao del Sur; and 1st Agusan del Sur Provincial Mobile Force Company, 4th Maneuver Platoon in Prosperidad town, Agusan del Sur.
PRO13 has earlier organized “Red Teams” to ensure the operational readiness of all police units in the five provinces and six cities in the Caraga region.
