Seven-color Christmas lights lit up Zamboanga del Norte Medical Center on December 19, 2024 as a symbolic gesture of Christmas treat in the hospital.
Dr. George Walthrode I. Opay, Acting Hospital Administrator spearheads the ceremony and explored fun, entertainment and festive ideas during the seven-color Christmas lights in its switch-on ceremony.
Activities lined-up in the celebration brought happiness from home to hospital especially the employees, patients and guardians of the patients also enjoyed the sight. Dr. Opay delivered a heart-warming festive message to the hospital doctors, nurses and supporting staff members and employees for all the hard work and continued commitment to improve the medical care services.
He enlightened everyone that at ZNMC they all considered themselves as big family and like any family, they also have struggles and triumphs, cries and laughter, sadness and joys. Adding to that, Dr Opay’s goal for ZNMC will be a sustainable and equitable healthcare that will give the best of its care to the people of ZaNorte. (Angelica T. Obina)
