Cebu City – Gi aprobahan na sa konseho sa Syudad sa Sugbo sa third and final reading ang Anti-Sale of Covid-19 Vaccines Ordinance sa syudad.
Ang ordinansahon nga gipanday ni Cebu City Councilor Alvin Dizon gi aprobahan, Miyerkules Oktubre 6, 2021.
Tinguha sa maong ordinansa ang pagsiguro nga way tawo o entities nga nga mopahimus sa Covid-19 pandemic sa gitawag nga “vaccine-for-sale schemes” o bisan unsang buhat nga nga molapas sa Republic Act No. 115251- “An Act Establishing the Coronavirus Disease 2019 Vaccination Program Expediting the Vaccine Procurement Process, Providing Funds Therefore, and for Other Purposes.”
Matod ni Dizon nga maong measure maka protekta sab sa mga residente sa syudad batok niadtong mo take advantage sa kahadlok sa publiko batok sa Covid-19.
Ang maong ordinansa nagdili sab sa pag baligya sa vaccination slots ug pag falsify and/or alteration sa Covid-19 vaccine cards;
Lakip nga gidili niini ang pag misrepresent ug mga information nga gi request sa mga authorities; sale, advertisement, distribution, solicitation and administration sa peke nga Covid-19 vaccines, ug misrepresentation sa vaccine status.
Ubos sa nahisgutang ordinansa, kadtong violator ma penalized ug administrative fine nga ₱ 5,000 o imprisonment sa period nga dili molapas sa unom ka buwan or both, depende sa discretion sa korte.
Samtang, kung ang makalapas sa ordinansa mga public officials, sila ma dismiss ug ma disqualify permanently nga maka hupot ug city or government position, ug kadtong mga directors, officers o employees sa judicial entity nga maka lapas niini, masilotan ug maka multa kini.
Gitahasan nga mopatuman sa nahisgutang ordinansa mao ang City Legal, Business Permits and Licensing Office ubos sa Treasurer’s Office, Cebu City Police Office.
Lakip sab sa mo implementa ang tanang mga Barangay Kapitan sa syudad.
