Personnel from Surigao City Police Station, Subpoena/Warrant section arrested another resident of Payawan Dos, Barangay Luna this city for violation of section 301 of Presidential Decree 1096.
Around 4:00PM of February 3, 2021 the accused was arrested at P-Eeyes extension, Brgy. Taft, Surigao City.
Arrested accused Nico Caintoy Cortes, 28 years old Filipino, male, single, vendor and a resident of Sitio Payawan 2, Brgy Luna, Surigao City by virtue of warrant of arrest under criminal case # 21-19712 issued by Judge Julieto N. Bajan, CPA, Presiding Judge of MTCC branch 2, Surigao City dated Jan. 27, 2021 with recommended bail bond of Twelve Thousand Pesos (Php12,000.00). Accused is now under custody in Surigao City Detention Cell for proper disposition.
