Additional Confirmed COVID-19 Case In Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay Province As Of October 21, 2020

• 36 Year Old, Male
• APOR, Government Employee
• October 8, 2020 – Arrived from CDO where he has undergone training, onboard private vehicle
• Went directly into home quarantine (unsupervised)
• October 13, 2020 – Developed sore throat but no consultation done nor taken any medications
• October 14, 2020- transferred and self-isolated at his farm
• October 19, 2020 – consulted a private Physician
• October 20, 2020 – submitted HIMSELF for RT-PCR (swab) at his expense
• October 21, 2020 (Today ) result came in and yielded POSITIVE for Sars-Cov2 (CAUSATIVE AGENT OF Covid19)
• The patient now is isolated at Ipil Ligtas Covid Center
• Contact tracing is ONGOING
• The patient is still symptomatic

• Total recovered: 7
