- October 8, 2020 – Arrived from CDO where he has undergone training, onboard private vehicle
- Went directly into home quarantine (unsupervised)
- October 13, 2020 – Developed sore throat but no consultation done nor taken any medications
- October 14, 2020- transferred and self-isolated at his farm
- October 19, 2020 – consulted a private Physician
- October 20, 2020 – submitted HIMSELF for RT-PCR (swab) at his expense
- October 21, 2020 (Today ) result came in and yielded POSITIVE for Sars-Cov2 (CAUSATIVE AGENT OF Covid19)
- The patient now is isolated at Ipil Ligtas Covid Center
- Contact tracing is ONGOING
- The patient is still symptomatic
