Davao City – Gikumpirma ni Department of the Interior and Local Government 11 (DILG 11) Regional Director Abdullah Matalam na adunay tulo ka mga barangay officials sa Davao City nga ilahang gisuspendi karong 2024.
Sumala ni Matalam, gisuspende ang mga opisyal sailahang pwesto tungod sa alegasyon nga grave abuse of authority, malpractices ug pagsupak sa Republic Act 6739 o ang Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees.
Apan giklaro sa opisyal nga ang implementadyon sa suspensyon ubos kini sa Office of the Ombudsman o ang Sandigang Bayan tungod wala silay adjudicatory powers. (Camille Santos Naraga)
