Camp Col. Rafael C. Rodriguez, Butuan City – POLICE BRIGADIER GENERAL ROMEO M CARAMAT, JR, Police Regional Office (PRO) 13 Director, led the simultaneous oath-taking and ceremonial donning of ranks today (April 19) here with a total of 28 Police Commissioned Officers.
The program was done at Police Regional Office (PRO)13 Grandstand for the Agusan del Norte Police Provincial Office and Butuan City Police Office promotable while it is simultaneously done at other provincial units of PRO13.
It started by the traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony followed by a program proper through the presentation and Reading of Promotion Orders then the Mass Oath Taking and Ceremonial Donning of Ranks attended by the families of the newly promoted officers.
The chief of Police Regional Office (PRO) 13 Regional Personnel and Records Management Division, Police Colonel DENNIS A SIRUNO is now a full-fledged colonel and 27 Police Commissioned Officers for Police Lieutenant Colonel have passed the examination and interviews for the 1st Quarter Continuous Promotion and were found qualified for promotion effective April 4, 2021.
